Shiv Swarodaya Shastra, also called as 'Swara Yoga'.
Through the knowledge of 'Swar Shastra' we can make predictions for present and future also, we can cure the diseases. Every work becomes successful using way of Swara.
Types of Swara
There are three types of Swara described in Shiv Swarodaya Shastra.
1. Ida/Lunar/Chandra/Left Swara
2. Pingala/Solar/Surya/Right Swara
3. Sushumna/Middle/Madhyam Swara
In presence of Chandra/Left Swara breathes inhalation & exhalation happens through left nostril & no air flow happens through right nostril. It represents moon and female energy called 'Shakti'. At active stage of Chandra Swara passive works (Somya Karma) auspicious & virtuous actions works. This is recommended for doing as a basic principle of Swarodaya. So that, work becomes successful. Passive auspicious works such as purchasing, marriage, study, learning, dancing can be done successfully in presence of Chandra Swara.Pingala/Solar/Surya/Right Swara
In presence of Surya/Right Swara breathes inhalation & exhalation happens through right nostril & no air flow happens through left nostril. It represents sun and male energy called 'Shiva'. At active stage of Surya Swara, challenging, physical, rough and non-virtuous works (Krura Karma). This is recommended for doing as another basic principle of Swarodaya. So that, work turns into grand success. Non-virtuous works such as selling, fighting, taking medicines, sports activity, intake of food, worst actions and physical work.Sushumna/Middle/Madhyam Swara
In presence of Middle/Madhyam Swara breathes inhalation & exhalation happens through both right & left nostrils. Flow of air may be equal or little differs from each other nostrils. At active stage of Sushumna Swara, holy works such as meditation, donations, worship of God. Spiritual works and rest recommended for doing as one other basic principle of Swarodaya. All other works and wordly activities give unsuccessful result.
